With a unique honeycomb memory foam core for added breathability to prevent overheating, the My First Memory Foam Pillow has a removable cover that can be machine washed for easy care and cleanliness. The memory foam is soft yet supportive, while the cover is crafted from a cosy velour fabric.

Pillows are not recommended for children under 12 months old.

Please use a pillowcase made from a cloth of open construction. In any event, no plastics or rubber cover should be used.

The following table is a guide to show what tog to use at different room temperatures and what to wear. Adjust the amount of clothing according to room temperature.

4.0 tog quilt
